3. **Photograph**: Passport-sized photograph of all partners.

4. **Partnership Deed**: A copy of the partnership deed, which includes details of the partners' contributions and profit-sharing ratios.

For Private Limited/Public Limited Companies:

4. **Certificate of Incorporation**: A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies.

5. **Memorandum and Articles of Association**: A copy of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association.

6. **Address Proof**: Any utility bill, bank statement, or property tax receipt as proof of the registered office address.

7. **Bank Account Details**: Scanned copy of a canceled cheque or bank statement.
